Class information

Group lessons missed or unattended will not be made up unless special arrangements are made with the instructor. No refunds. Payment in full required pror to first group lesson.
A copy of your dog's vaccination records is required prior to the first group session. I agree that if my dog is sick, vomiting or has diarrhea, i will not bring him/her to class. Further, I agree to remove m dog from an active class if either I or the instructor observes any sickness or injury during that class.
I agree that if my dog displays inappropriate behaviors during group classes, or if requested by the instructor, I will remove him from the session.
I agree that i will not use prong ,choke or electric collars of any kind in class.
I agree that there will be no refunds unless approved by the instructor, class cancellation fee applies.
Aggressive, reactive or dogs with a bite history are not appropriate for this class.

Client Assuption of Risk

Client acknowledges hat Trainer's premises, and the animal, guests, items and activities theron, pose dangers to people and animals. Such dangers include, by way of example and not limitation, animals that can bite, trip, knock down, and fight, indoor and outdoor surfacs that may be slippery, equipment that can trip, guests and clients who cannot control their dogs, and activities involving my dog and other dogs that can result in ijury from bites or other causes. Accordinly, i, in behalf of his/her spouse and minor children,and anone else whom I bring to DogHaven premises, assumes he risk of injuries, losses, damages, costs and expenses by any means above described, and other injuries, losses,damages, costs and expenses of e verry possible cause and desciption unless inflicted intentionallhy or recklessly byDogHaven employees and staff. If my dog is injured in a dog fight or an accident, gets fleas,ticks or worms, contract any illness or disease, is lost or stolen, becomes pregnant, orengages in any dangerous, vicious or unwanted behavior, during or after the term of this Agreement, on or off DogHaven premises, I accept the risk of the same and agree that DogHaven and all DogHaven agents shall not be held responsible for it or any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses.

Client Liability

If my dog causes property damage, or bites or injures any dog, animal or person (including but not limited to DogHaven trainers) during or after the term of this agreement, on or off DogHaven premises, then I agree to ay all resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred by Doghaven and its agents and employees, and to defend and indemnify DogHaven from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney's fees.
